Petra - The Urn Tomb, named for the large urn visible on top of the pediment (seen above the three half columns at about double their height). This tomb has a large open terrace over the double layer of vaults, which were probably built around AD 70. The room inside the tomb is enormous, measuring about 18m by 20m and has striking rock patterns (see next photo).
Petra - The Urn Tomb - Natural rock patterns within the interior room of the tomb.
Petra - Royal Tombs - These very weathered tombs are the Corinthian Tomb (right) and the large Pacae Tomb (left). The top level of the Corinthian Tomb are similar to the Treasury.
